While in the process of getting our new gym ready for business , we got together with a few friends to throwdown with tonight’s workout. With:

Strength

5-5-5-5-5 bench press

Conditioning

3 rounds for reps
1 min burpee pull ups
1 min ball slams
1 min DB thrusters
1 min bag carry

Maintain rep range each round.
