Today’s workout

At PFN we give you the opportunity to workout everyday, our community got together for this little New Year’s Day workout.

Fight gone bad style
4 rounds for reps

1 min pull ups
1 min wall balls
1 min KB swings
1 min burpees
1 min rest

And of course we start the new year with some squats.
