The Project Fitness intake is a six week course covering all aspects of our program. Through how to perform an effect warm up to practical nutrition awareness.

Each week we cover a different success element to Project Fitness.

The course is designed for the beginner looking to start gaining knowledge of how the body works with understanding effective movement patterns and how to apply them.
