***Swimming The English Channel***

Expressing your fitness is about getting out there and enjoying yourself.

A member of our community is doing just that with setting herself a challenge of swimming 22 miles the distance of the English channel.

She completed this amazing achievement today in just ten visits to the pool.

That’s an average of 2.2 mile of swimming per session.
