Wk3 @85% 2×3+3+
Wk4 @50% 3×10
Wk5 @70% 2×7+7+
Wk6 @80% 2×5+5+
Wk7 @90% 2×3+3+
Wk8 @50% 3×10
Wk9 @75% 2×7+7+
Wk10 @85% 2×5+5+
Wk11 @95% 3×1 (if feeling good go for 1 rep max)
Wk12 @50% 3×10
