Joining Process

First decide what membership package suits you.

Then prep for the program.

You will need complete a Basic Movement Course so that you get the most from our training program. It’s okay if your a total beginner, that’s the point of this process to make sure that you feel comfortable and informed.

Note this is not requirement for the PFN ladies classes. Although it is still open to PFN Ladies class members.

This course has been designed to help you learn the basic movements for the following:

1. Squat
2. Deadlift
3. Presses
4. KB Swing
5. Press up
6. Burpee

If you think you already have a good understanding of these basic movements then you have the opportunity to bypass the course and complete a Basic Movement Assessment. Please contact us to arrange your assessment.

Book the PFN Basic Movements Course through our membership page.

Once you have completed the PFN Basic Movement Course or passed your basic movements test you can then join in the PFN classes.
