This program involves educational movement patterns for developing and improving ones overall muscle mass.

You will also have an in-depth understanding of what is required of you for your long term success.

Using the B*C*A PFN bodybuilding for beginner principles for success.

This program is not for people who are not willing to put in the hard work.

You will to required to attend the structured classes three days a week.

This is an evening session designed for busy professionals.

This program is designed to run along side school term time. Therefore fitting in with busy family life.
